GRU Airport Cargo records 41% of market share in October

In October, GRU Airport Cargo handled 41% of airborne exports and imports in Brazil, maintain its leadership as the airport with the highest cargo handling volume in the country. GRU Cargo had already become the leader in 2015, when it closed the year with 38% market share.

In exports alone, the airport handled almost half of all goods sold abroad in the first ten months of the year, with 47% market share. As for imports, market participation reached 37% in October. Since GRU Airport took over management, in February 2013, Guarulhos Airport has continuously increased its participation in exports and imports in Brazil.
